Once finished, you'll receive an email confirmation with your voucher and access details.

Yes. The booking is confirmed by email and the voucher is designed to be used from your phone on the day of the visit, with no need to print it.

It depends on real availability. The fastest way to check is the calendar: if there are time slots available, you can book; if a date or time slot shows no spots, it means there's no capacity for that option at that time.

Tourist visiting hours depend on the day and season. On Sundays and public holidays, tourist access is usually arranged in two slots: 08:30–11:30 and 15:00–19:00 (March–October) or 15:00–18:00 (November–February).

Yes. Tourist access may be limited due to liturgical celebrations, so it's best to arrive with extra time. On Sundays there are midday masses that affect the operation of the interior.

If you know the day and want a specific time slot, it's best to book as soon as you see availability on the calendar, especially on Sundays, public holidays or when looking for very specific times.

Yes. The Bell Tower has a separate ticket managed by the Cathedral Chapter itself, with its own schedule and capacity. It isn't part of our guided tours.

The meeting point is at the Gate of Forgiveness of the Mosque-Cathedral, opposite the Sabor a España shop. It's the same meeting point for all languages.

The tour starts at the Gate of Forgiveness and ends at the Puerta de Santa Catalina.

Yes. Under the monument's rules, groups enter and leave together with their guide, and you can't finish the tour and stay inside on your own afterward.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to find your guide calmly and start on time.

With these options you book by date and time and visit the monument at your own pace. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with the access details so you arrive with your visit already organized.

If you book with admission included, the guide gives you access to the monument before starting the tour. If you already bought your own ticket, you can book just the official guide service for the explained tour.

Yes. For that option, prices are: adults without ticket €15, children aged 10 to 14 without ticket €12, and children under 10 without ticket free.

It includes the walk through the interior of the Mosque-Cathedral with an official guide, lasting approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. You can also ask your guide, once finished, for the tickets to the Fernandine Churches issued by the Cathedral Chapter.

Yes. You can cancel with a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, 40% of the amount paid is refunded.

You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

The activity runs as scheduled unless the monument officially closes due to bad weather or another communicated reason. In case of an official closure, a solution is arranged based on availability.

Yes. The interior tour is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, although in areas between columns a baby carrier may be more comfortable if you're travelling with young children.

Yes. Children must be included in the booking to keep track of capacity, even if they have a free rate depending on the option.

No. Under the monument's rules, pets are not allowed inside.

Yes. If the group is larger than 9 people, radio guides are used and headsets are also provided. There's no need to bring your own headphones.
